This work exists to support you in remembering that truth as a lived reality, through voice, creativity, flow, and life coaching, held inside a grounded relationship that meets your real life.

What to Expect:
This is creativity, voice, flow, and life coaching through the Vocal AlKemi method. We work with creativity as a living energy source that can ftransform and align your life, your work, your leadership, your relationships, and your inner world. We work with voice as a portal into:
- Flow and improvisation
- Creativity and artistic output
- Presence and confidence
- Communication and leadership
- Alignment and coherence
- Truthful self-expression
- Emotional integration and release
Voice, breath and expression aligns your vibration and awareness. Sound stimulates the vagus nerve, supporting balance, regulation, and coherence. As you connect to the true source of creation, creativity overflows from within.
The Sessions:
Sessions are your space to be received fully as you are. The work is grounded, respectful, confidential, and spacious. Sometimes we focus clearly on a goal or direction. Sometimes we follow what is alive in the moment. Both approaches weave together naturally. You choos your own adventure! Sessions may include:

How We Work Together
This is a collaborative process. You bring your reality, your questions, your desires, and your edges. I bring guidance, tools, structure, and intuitive listening. You play an active role in shaping your journey. You choose the direction, the pace, and the depth. The more open, honest, and connected you are within the process, the more fluid and transformative the work becomes. The more you give to the process and commit to your action steps, the more you will receive.
The Container:
- Four hours per month of direct Zoom calls
- Day-to-day communication via WhatsApp and email
- Responses within 24 hours, so support is present while life is unfolding
- Opportunity to collaborate and co-create
- An honest mirror, a trusted guide and a space for honesty

All beings are creative. As a child, creativity was natural. Something external made you believe your birthright was out of reach. Voice, breath, and embodied practice reconnect you with the true creative genius of the inner child, and clear space for that creativity to move through your life again.
“How spiritual is this work?”
The core process is practical, grounded, and embodied. Spiritual exploration is available for people who want it. If you feel drawn to spirit, there is space for deep ceremonial, ritualistic, and shamanic connection alongside the practical tools. Spirituality is a bonus, not a requirement
“I’m not sure if I can invest right now.”
Flexibility is part of the way I work. Instalment payments are available, and many people begin with a one-off session to experience the work directly. When a decision is truly aligned, finances can shift rapidly. It can also be powerful to look at areas of unnecessary spending and re-assign that money towards your personal development and creative freedom.
“I don’t know if I’m ready to commit.”
Doubts are natural. If this is not your time, you are welcome to return when it is. It's also important to recognise that “not ready” can become a pattern of procrastination that delays the version of self they are here to embody. The best time to choose transformation is yesterday. The next best time is now. If you prefer a one-off session, there are many options that do not require the full commitment. Commitment does, however lead to greater transformations.

If you want to experience the work in a less committed way, you are welcome to book a one-off session. Any one-off session investment can be applied towards the coaching container if you choose to continue.
Voice & Vision Session
Awaken your expression, vision, creativity and flowstate. Share your current vocal reality and vision and receive practical coaching support, ending in a bespoke guided sound journey or breathwork session for integration and visualisation.

Creative Coaching Session
Experiencing blocks to your creativity? This session is designed to help you break through those blocks and unlock your natural creative instincts. Find your inspiration, feel your creative power and step into action.

Vocal Recovery Session
Do you experience vocal fatigue or damage? This session will help you to heal vocal strain, find the source of your issues release blocks and restore your voice. Learn practical exercises and new approaches to heal and align your voice.
(60 minutes)
Karma AlKemi Sessions
Strictly for those who are financially challenged and deeply committed to transformation. Let’s get you started, paying what feels right to you. I’ve been through hard times myself and I know what it feels like when money feels like a barrier. Finances will never stand in the way of your growth here.
